Position Summary
Construction company seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join growing Accounts Receivable team. This is an entry-level opportunity for an individual interested in developing accounting and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data and customer invoices. We are willing to train the right person.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and process billing activities using Salesforce
- Perform invoice data entry and submission
- Send invoices to customers through Salesforce
- Investigate and resolve customer invoice inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
- Answer incoming phone calls as needed
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to analyze and organize spreadsheet data using Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Hourly Pay: $25-$28
